This course will examine the discipline, strategy, and systems that effective lead generation requires. Use this turnkey resource to also examine how to research and quantify the results of your lead generation activities so that you can fine tune and focus your efforts.

DISCOVERING COMMERCIAL REAL ESTATE
This course offers a broad overview of the basics of commercial real estate and how it differs from residential real estate. Students will be able to distinguish and understand the broker's role and discover the different types of commercial properties, terms, valuation methods, marketing and resources for further education.
While it will not equip an agent with the needed tools to practice commercial real estate, it will explain the business and introduce many of the resources needed to pursue a commercial transaction or a career in commercial real estate.
This is an ideal introductory course for those who are newly licensed and/or residential agents who want to learn more about commercial real estate.
REAL ESTATE SAFETY MATTERS: SAFE BUSINESS = SMART BUSINESS
Developed in partnership with NAR’s REALTOR® Safety Program, Real Estate Safety Matters: Safe Business = Smart Business is an online three-hour course that teaches real estate professionals how to limit risk and increase safety for themselves and their clients. Students will learn how to assess potential risks and develop safety protocols for client meetings, open houses, showings, online interactions, and other business activities. The course will guide students through strategies for data security, including protecting personal and electronic information for real estate professionals and the clients they serve. As a practical resource, this course offers easy-to-remember strategies for responding to threats and attacks and when facing potentially dangerous situations.
CODE OF ETHICS TRAINING
REALTORS® are required to complete ethics training of not less than 2 hours, 30 minutes of instructional time within three-year cycles. The training must meet specific learning objectives and criteria established by the National Association of REALTORS®.
The deadline for this cycle is December 31, 2020.
